How Granite Ridge
Is Structured to Create Value
A private holding company with five independently operated divisions — each with its own team, systems, and client access points — coordinated under one strategic umbrella.
Coordinate Capital and Oversight Across a Portfolio Built for Permanence
Granite Ridge Holdings provides strategic oversight and capital coordination across a portfolio of independently operated businesses. Each division has a defined function, a dedicated operating team, and a direct client access point — managed under one holding structure.
We don't chase trends. We build systems that work, align the right teams to run them, and maintain the operational discipline that produces consistent, long-term results — across every division, every engagement, every client.
A Holdings Group That Expands Without Losing Strategic Control
Each new division added to the portfolio follows the same model: clear scope, defined workflows, an independent operating team, and a client-facing system that works from day one. Growth doesn't mean complexity — it means more of what already works.
The goal is a holdings group where every division operates independently, serves its clients through dedicated teams, and contributes to a larger portfolio that is stable, scalable, and built to last.
Five Divisions.
One Holding Structure.
Granite Ridge Holdings is a private holding company headquartered in Houston, Texas. Strategic oversight and capital coordination are provided across a portfolio of independently operated businesses spanning real estate, property management, notary and signing services, technology and automation, and heirship services.
Each division runs its own client-facing system through an independent operating team. Notary clients book and track through the Notary Portal. Tech clients manage projects through the Tech Portal. Residents access their accounts through the resident system. Every function has a home.
Solutions are delivered through our portfolio of specialized teams — serving individuals, businesses, property owners, and professional firms who need a reliable, accountable operating partner.
Five Independently Operated Divisions
Real estate, property management, notary services, technology, and heirship — each with its own operating team, systems, and client portal.
Direct Client Access Points
Clients engage directly with each division's dedicated team. Each division has a portal where work is submitted, tracked, and completed.
Structured Workflows
Every division follows a defined process. Clients know what to expect, and operating teams know what to deliver.
Private Holdings Structure
Granite Ridge is not a public company. All engagements are handled with full confidentiality through independent operating teams.
How We Govern Every Division
Defined Scope
Every division in the portfolio has a clear function. Lines between what each operating team does are never blurred — each one owns its lane and executes within it.
Client Confidentiality
All client information, engagements, and communications are handled with full discretion through each division's independent operating team. No exceptions.
Consistent Execution
Each division follows the same process every time. Reliable output comes from repeatable systems built into the operating structure — not one-off effort.
Built to Last
We don't optimize for short-term wins. Every system, operating team, and client relationship across the portfolio is built with longevity in mind.
Right-Fit Clients
Each division works with clients whose needs match what that operating team actually does. Clear fit from the start leads to better outcomes for everyone.
Systems Over Heroics
Good results shouldn't depend on who's having a good day. We build systems into every division so the work gets done right regardless.
